By purchasing and attending this class, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sales & Pricing
Classes are sold as either one-time drop-ins or as a 4-pack of classes. Note that 4-packs to not have to be used on consecutive weeks, but should be used within a 60 day period after purchase. There are two rates for both drop-ins and 4-packs: Regular and Student/Senior.
Please only use the Student/Senior option if it applies to you:
if you are a current student with correct ID from a valid educational institution, or if you are 65+ years of age.All ticket sales are final. Please review the refund, transfer, and cancellation policies below before purchasing.
2. Refund, Transfer & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, weather-related conditions, or failure to attend.
Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please email info@srdc.online with the first and last name, phone number, and email address of the new attendee at least 24 hours before the class so we know who to expect.
In the unlikely case that the class is canceled by the organizer, any pre-purchased classes will apply to the next available class date.3. Entry & Attendance
This class takes place on Sundays at The Dance Conservatory from 5:00–6:00 PM starting June 7, 2026
Proof of purchase, such as a confirmation email or valid ticket, may be required for entry. Admission is granted only to the ticket holder or an approved transfer recipient.
Please arrive on time, as late entry to the class may be disruptive.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, including harassment, intoxication, or actions that compromise the safety or enjoyment of others, will not be tolerated. Determinations of such behavior are at the sole discretion of the event organizer and may result in removal without refund.
4. Venue Details
The event will be held at The Dance Conservatory located at 2050 East Main St, Cortlandt Manor, NY
Bring your own water. Water may be provided at the venue, but is not guaranteed.
If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
5. Dress Code
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and sweating. Sneakers are recommended.
6. Health & Safety
Please stay home if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness.
Be mindful of your physical limits while dancing and take breaks as needed.
Anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves in a way that compromises the safety or comfort of others may be asked to leave at the discretion of the instructor.
7. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the class for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you notify the organizer in advance.

By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation in dance activities involves inherent physical risk. You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss of personal property.
You agree not to hold Swingout Rhythm Dance Club, the venue, instructor, staff, volunteers, or affiliates liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in this event.
