Swingout Rhythm Dance Club is thrilled to return to Beacon’s stunning new venue, St. Rita’s, a beautifully restored music room turned intimate theatre in the old Beacon High School. After a truly amazing premiere event this past October, we’re excited to bring you the highly-anticipated return of Old School Swing: this time with live music from local legends, Ahlfabet Swing Group!
A Hudson Valley based band specializing in Swing, New Orleans Jazz, and classic R&B/Doo Wop, Ahlfabet Swing Group’s energetic performances and playful takes on pop and rock hits will keep the dance floor moving from 8 to 10 PM. Before the band kicks off, join us for a beginner-friendly swing dance lesson at 7:00 PM - no partner or experience needed!
Whether you’re an experienced Lindy hopper or just love the sound of live jazz in a gorgeous room, this is a night you won’t want to miss.
