By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Sales & Pricing
Tickets are sold as described in the event listing and may include options for individual workshops, social dance entry, or bundled pricing.
All ticket sales are final. Please review the refund, transfer, and cancellation policies below before purchasing.
2. Refund, Transfer & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or weather-related conditions.
Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please email info@srdc.online with the first and last name, phone number, and email address of the new attendee at least 24 hours before the event so we can update the guest list.
Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive a credit equal to the value of their purchase. This credit may be applied toward a future SRDC event of a similar nature, such as workshops or social dances. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Entry & Attendance
This event takes place on Saturday, January 17 at The Dance Conservatory and includes two workshops followed by a social dance, as outlined in the event description.
Proof of purchase (such as confirmation email or valid ticket) may be required for entry to workshops and/or the social dance. Admission is granted only to the ticket holder or an approved transfer recipient.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before workshop start time(s) to check in, as late entry may be disruptive.
Attendees under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult who is 21 or older. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor’s supervision, safety, and conduct for the duration of the event.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, including harassment, intoxication, or actions that compromise the safety or enjoyment of others, will not be tolerated. Determinations of such behavior are at the sole discretion of the event organizer and may result in removal without refund or credit.
4. Venue Details
The event will be held at The Dance Conservatory. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
5. Dress Code
There is no strict dress code. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and dancing. Smooth-soled shoes are recommended to help protect the dance floor and ensure a better dancing experience.
6. Health & Safety
Please stay home if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness.
Be mindful of your physical limits while dancing and take breaks as needed.
Light refreshments will be available during the social dance. If you choose to bring something to share, gluten-free and vegan options are encouraged but not required.
A clothing and shoe swap will be available during the social dance. Participation is optional.
Wine may be available during the social dance for guests who are 21 years of age or older. Valid ID may be required. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 21. Please drink responsibly.
Anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves in a way that compromises the safety or comfort of others may be asked to leave at the discretion of the event organizer.
7. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you notify the organizer in advance.

9. Liability Waiver
By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation in dance activities involves inherent physical risk. You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss of personal property.
You agree not to hold the event organizer, venue, staff, volunteers, instructors, or affiliates liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in this event.
